Our Story
In 1987, Rosa and Antonio Rossi opened a small dining room on Wyoming Avenue in Kingston with little more than Rosa’s handwritten recipe notebook, carried over from Sicily, and a belief that this valley would take care of anyone who fed it well. The notebook’s first page still says what it said then: cook like family is coming.
Three generations later, the Rossis are still at the stove. Every sauce simmers from scratch each morning, the pizza dough proofs overnight, and the meatballs are rolled by hand — never frozen, never rushed. Rosa’s grandchildren now run the dining room, but the recipes haven’t changed a word.
Whether it’s Sunday dinner with the whole family or a quick plate of pasta on a Tuesday, there’s always a seat for you at our table.
